These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Skopiz platform (the “Service”): analysis tools, trading journal, coach, and bots for automated execution of a strategy. By creating an account, you accept the Terms.
The Service is published by a sole proprietorship trading under the business name “Skopiz”, with registered office at Chaussée de Waterloo 1445, 1180 Brussels (Belgium), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under no. BE 0800.588.510.
Skopiz provides software tools and a strategy applied to markets (MNQ Futures, US100 CFD). The bots install on the user's computer and run the strategy on their own broker accounts. Skopiz never holds the user's funds and places no order on their behalf other than through the bot installed and activated by the user.
L'option Skopiz Copier recopie les positions d'un compte de l'utilisateur vers d'autres comptes lui appartenant. La copie s'exécute depuis l'application installée sur son ordinateur ; elle ne concerne que ses propres comptes et reste sous son contrôle (activation, arrêt, choix des comptes).
L'accès requiert la création d'un compte et, selon les fonctionnalités, un abonnement payant. Les prix, durées et modalités sont indiqués sur la page Abonnements. Les paiements sont traités par un prestataire de paiement tiers ; Skopiz ne conserve aucun numéro de carte.
Essai gratuit de 14 jours — l'essai donne accès à l'intégralité des fonctionnalités de l'offre choisie, sans restriction et sans prélèvement pendant toute sa durée. Il peut être interrompu à tout moment depuis « Mon compte », auquel cas rien n'est facturé.
Reconduction automatique — à l'issue de l'essai, puis à la fin de chaque période, l'abonnement est reconduit automatiquement pour une période identique et le montant correspondant est prélevé sur le moyen de paiement enregistré. L'utilisateur peut y mettre fin à tout moment depuis « Mon compte » : la résiliation prend effet au terme de la période en cours, l'accès reste ouvert jusque-là et aucune nouvelle période n'est facturée.

Past performance does not predict future performance. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and for configuring their accounts.
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law, not to share their credentials, not to attempt to bypass protections, and to provide accurate information. Proper operation of the bot requires a computer that is on and connected during sessions; Skopiz is not liable for missed opportunities if these conditions are not met.
The Service, the strategy, the software, the “Skopiz” brand and the content are the exclusive property of Skopiz or its licensors. No reproduction, decompilation or resale is permitted without written agreement.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Skopiz cannot be held liable for trading losses, service interruptions, malfunctions of a broker or third party, or any indirect damage. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months of subscription.
Skopiz may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of the Terms. The user may delete their account at any time; data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Skopiz peut modifier les présentes CGU, notamment pour tenir compte d'évolutions du Service ou de la réglementation. Les utilisateurs sont informés par e-mail ou lors de leur prochaine connexion ; la poursuite de l'utilisation du Service vaut acceptation de la nouvelle version.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
